Van Gogh’s sunflowers were from Arles, not Amsterdam. However these tall and beautiful now dot the city in the late summer with their variety of bright yellows and oranges. 

A pot, soil, water, sun, love and nature’s cycles are the only things you’ll need if you don’t have a garden. You can also keep the seeds on their own for their connection to our beautiful city.

Either way Sunflowers are very easy to grow and good for bees, so you can never be wrong.
